What is Elvan?
YS Elvan™ is a color
editor with lots of features. The word Elvan™ means “colors”
in Turkish. With YS Elvan™, you can easily create color schemes, find
matching colors, test color combinations, and save your favorite colors. YS
Elvan™'s color list can save hundreds
of colors!
Focus on the colors
YS Elvan offers you an easy
to use and innovative interface which helps you focus on the colors. To add
a color to the color list, just drag and drop it. To change the color of an
item, just drag and drop the color.

yourself! Save all colors you want!
With the powerful “color
list” of YS Elvan, you can categorize and save all the colors you want.
YS Elvan's innovative color list can store hundreds of colors! With color
lists, you can categorize your colors, save your favorite color combinations.
Do you need matching
colors?
Just select a color, YS
Elvan will immediately display harmonious colors. With YS Elvan, you can find
analogous colors, complementary colors, split complementary colors, triad colors,
tetrad colors and square colors. You can easily create professional designs
by using harmonious colors.
Can't decide
which color combination to use?
If you want to test the
color combinations, YS Elvan offers you powerful testing platforms. You can
either use Shape Test or Web Page Test functions of YS Elvan.
The Shape Test lets you
test the colors using 10 shapes. You can select different testing layouts according
to your needs. You can see how your colors look like when they are placed side
by side or one over other. Just drag and drop colors on to the shapes. You can
even create your own testing layouts!
The Web Page Test gives
you a web page layout, and lets you see how your web page would look like if
you use a color combination. To change any color, just drag and drop colors.
The web page layout is customizable, that means, you can change not only the
colors but also the text, text style and sizes of the parts. You can also save
and load web page layouts.
Features that will
make your life easier
With YS Elvan, you can pick
colors from anywhere on the screen, continuously! If you want to pick only one
color, left click on it. If you want to pick multiple colors right click on
each of the colors. When you quit color capturing mode, you will see that all
the colors you picked were stored in the color list.
YS Elvan can convert 3 formats
to each other, RGB, HSL and HEX. Color values can be copied in various formats,
too. So you can easily copy and paste the values to applications like Photoshop,
Flash, Dreamweaver, etc.
The color history stores
the changes, and lets you go back easily. It is an advanced undo feature. You
can reselect any previously selected color from the list. The color history
is saved when you quit the program and reloaded when you run it again.
The reopen panel stores
all the color lists that you loaded. This way you can easily access all your
color lists with one click, it doesn't matter whether their file path
are same or not.
The appearance of the color
wheel can also be changed. Just right click on the main color and click “Load
Wheel Style”.
All the changes that you
made are stored when you quit the program, including the color list and the
color history, and reloaded when you run it again. |
